Career Solutions was co-founded by two young management graduates with an objective to enable students take correct career decisions. The directors of the company are thus promoting the concept of a career manager, wherein these career managers at CSI will take care of the entire career related needs of the individual right from school.

Career Solutions has a distinguished Board of Advisors hailing from corporate & the education arena and a Council of Experts , which comprises of experts in different fields who bring their hands on experience to our programs. The core team comprising of psychologists, counselors, trainers and educationists has a total experience of over 400 man years.

Consultants:

1. Nishant Jain.
   Nishant is a prolific speaker and motivator who has delivered career seminars, talks and training for over 1,00,000 individuals. He is a renowned expert at Career Planning and has been interviewed on Star TV, NDTV and AIR. He has also authored a book – “Think” on career planning, goal setting and career options for schools students.
2. Kartik Kesarkar.
   Kartik the head of research at Career Solutions. He has been instrumental in designing the various programs and has pioneered child development programs which can be integrated in school curriculum. He is an expert at training college students on issues related to job skills and career enhancement.
3. Azaad.
   Azaad is the head of corporate training at Career Solutions and has been involved in training and consultancy for over a decade. He has trained several senior and middle level managers on leadership, professional effectiveness, performance and productivity. He is also a personal coach and mentor for many senior key professionals. Azaad has just authored a book – “I Come In My Way”, which brings forth random insights and dialogues on leadership, management, performance, productivity, empowerment, relationship, spirituality, stress, fear, ego, transformation and life. The book is currently in pre press stage and is slated for launch in January, 2005
4. Ms. Rupal Ajmera
   Rupal is an expert at personal grooming, finishing and etiquette training. She has delivered several programs for groups and has coached celebrities like models, politicians and senior business professionals.
   Rupal is a postgraduate in Mass Communication and has previously worked with organizations like Cadbury's, Oberoi Hotels, Kerala Ayurvedic Health Spa in the areas of public relations and communications.
   Rupal has also worked with Ms. Sabira Merchant and has been an assistant judge for Femina Miss India 2004.
5. Ms. Janki Sharma
   Ms. Sharma is a postgraduate in personnel management with over 30 years of experience in handling various programs related to stress management, industrial relations and inter personal relationships. She is a wonderful personal counselor and has been instrumental in brining dramatic changes in lives of many students and parents. She has previously worked as a Training Manager for Bhilai Steel Plant for more than 20 years and has also authored a book on “Effective Parenting” which is scheduled for release in April 2005 (JAICO Publishers).
6. Ms. Runu Mehta
   A gold medalist and Master in School Psychology, Runu is an expert at conducting workshops and play therapy. She has conducted several workshops on behavior modification, study skills, memory & concentration etc. Personality profiling and vocational counseling are her forte.
7. Ms. Nayana Mehndi
   Ms. Mehndi has 12 years of rich experience in corporate training and is an expert at handling parenting and growth related issues. She has a distinct style of training and has a distinct ability to hold large workshops involving more than 100 participants with ease and high level of participation.
8. Ms. Mittal Gala
   An MA in psychology, Mittal is an expert on career guidance and handling various teenage issues. She has conducted various workshops for student at school and college.
9. Ms. Tina L.
   Tina is an expert at psychometric assessment and has been working on several tools for career assessment for students.
10. Vidya Kumar.
    An MA in psychology, Vidya is an expert at career guidance for school students.
