Careers...it's a jungle out there. With so many confusing career options, how do you make a correct decision? Once you know the career path you want to follow, how do you get there? The best way to put all your confusion to rest, is to develop a career plan. The career planning process requires an adequate understanding of oneself in terms of the academic potential, aptitude, personality, interest, values, aspirations, family background, resources and the emerging opportunities. A good career plan must draw a match between the requirements of a particular job or a course with the aptitude, interest and the awareness of the "inner" self. This awareness must be as specific as possible and must be facilitated by scientifically designed tools and expert counseling services because "A good surgeon for example must have an eagle's eyes, a lion's heart and a lady's hand."
The Career Planning Program is conducted in three stages and is available for students in ninth standard to the final year students of post graduation. The program includes testing of Aptitude, interest, intelligence, personality etc and personal counseling. This program is the perfect medicine to put all the "Kyabanoo" queries to rest.

The three stages of the Career Planning Program are;

The objective of this session is to understand the aspirations, interests, strengths, weakness etc of the student. The session aims to identify the influencers and key decision makers in the student's life. Individual sessions are held for each student. Stage Two: Testing
Tests are administered in groups or individually. The test aims to understand the aptitude, intelligence and the orientations of the student. Reports are generated within 10 - 15 days, depending on the total number of students in case of a group. Individual students can undertake the test online at our Head Office; while for groups' paper based tests are administered.
Stage Three: Post Testing Counseling
The findings and analysis of the test are presented to the student and the parent in this personal counseling session. The career plan is discussed and final recommendation on the career path is made.
